Amendments from Past Pay Periods

Post by haydenhodges »

Hello,

I am trying to get the attached amendments to go away. They should not be there as nothing wrong happened during the stated pay period. How can I do this?

Thank you!
Hayden

Go to Payroll -> Pay Stub Amendments, delete them, then regenerate the pay stub in question.

Hi there,

And why the Amendments we made were skipped because the Employee already have an existing Payslip?

Thanks

If you generate a pay stub for the Pay Period starting 01-Jun-23 thru 14-Jun-23, then add a pay stub amendment for this employee in the same pay period, and don't tell TimeTrex to re-generate the pay stub again afterward, the pay stub amendment will not appear on any pay stub, and therefore will not be used. You will see a warning about unused pay stub amendments that exist in the past the next time you try to generate a pay stub for that employee though.
