TimeTrex CE - Cloud

Hi,

I am unable to create a Cloud Account for TimeTrex CE. It gives the following error:
Incorrect Input!
Invalid or generic email address (mb).

However, this is my correct e-mail address. I am the Director of IT at my company. All of our e-mail addresses are pretty generic (for example, head of operations is operations@company.com, administrative assistance is admin@company.com, and so on).

How do I get around this error message? I'd like to sign up.
