not able to mark attendance

I've been using TimeTrax for managing my attendance, and it's been mostly smooth sailing. However, I recently encountered an issue where I couldn't mark my attendance using the application on another mobile device. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, could you share any insights or solutions?

Here are a few details about my situation:

I have the TimeTrax app installed on both my primary and secondary mobile devices.
I'm logged in with the same account on both devices.
I've tried refreshing the app, restarting my devices, and ensuring that my internet connection is stable.
The primary device works perfectly for marking attendance, but the secondary device consistently fails to register my attendance.
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

To help us investigate this issue further, can you please attach a screenshot of your Help(?) -> About page in TimeTrex?
