Hello,
We've noticed that for the past few months that we aren't receiving authorization request emails from TimeTrex when a timesheet is verified. A notification is displayed in the program and we're able to authorize the timesheet, but no email communication is sent. We do receive other emails from TimeTrex, which uses our SMTP connection. We receive upgrade notices, employees receive notifications when their timesheets have been approved, etc. I even checked the SMTP log and no email was even generated when the authorization request was submitted. We're on 16.12.2. PLEASE HELP!!!

v16.12.3 resolves this issue and is being released today. If you have auto-updates enabled, which they are by default, you should receive the update automatically within the next week.
