an issue with accessing my TimeTrex account

Dear TimeTrex Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am currently experiencing an issue with accessing my TimeTrex account. When I attempt to log in, I receive the following message:
"Sorry, your login is currently disabled, please contact your supervisor or manager to request access."
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I am unsure why my login has been disabled and would appreciate any guidance you can provide to regain access.

Your login has been disabled, so you will need to contact someone else who can login (ie: a Manager or Administrator) to re-enable your login.

If you are that person, and no one else can login, then you've unfortunately managed to lock yourself out.

I am currently unable to log in to my TimeTrex account as my login has been disabled. The message I received states that I need to contact a Manager or Administrator to re-enable my login. However, I am the primary user and do not have anyone else available to assist with this.

Could you please help me regain access to my account? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
