Print Paystub information on the check vouchers

Employees have been used to seeing their details printed on their check stubs. It would be nice to have a check format with that based on the NEBS DLT104 format.

TimeTrex pay stubs are too detailed to fit on a small check stub so this is unlikely to happen.
The good news though is that employees can view their pay stubs online at anytime and print them out themselves if they like.
