How can an employee see his/ her total leave status in the standard version?

I'm not sure what you mean by total leave status, but they can login to the TimeTrex interface and go to TimeSheet -> MyTimeSheet, or go to TimeSheet -> Accruals.

i mean if 1 employee wants to know his full leave status for the current year.
What is his Casual leave status, how many he has availed, how many balance are there etc?
Is there an option for that?

Yes, please see our Administrator Guide regarding Accrual Policies:

Once accrual policies are setup and being used, employees can go to TimeSheet -> Accruals to see any balances remaining.
