Here's another idea for recurrent operations :

Like I said on another topic, we create each month the Timesheet detail report for each employee, to keep a paper backup.
It could be interesting, if recurrent reports could be created by the system.

For example : A Saved model, with a rule sending the report to (Youremail@yourdomain.com) at frequency : (Daily, Weekly, Montly...)

Or the PDF could also be dumped in a specified path.

This feature is coming eventually. The report system in TimeTrex will need to be rewritten from scratch to allow for PDF reports, at which point we can start emailing them out on a automatic recurring basis.

Some repports are already creating PDF (Detailed timesheet for example ).

I guess it should be more easier with repports already using pdf ?

Yes, but the entire reporting system needs to be able to support the automated report functionality, otherwise we would get bombarded by complaints. Its coming, I'm just not sure when.
