Inquiry on Exception Policy

Hi,
I have little inquiry on exception policy. Kindly let me know if this policy can be implemented on current standard version.
I have found that a notification trigger automatically from EXCEPTION POLICY when some one IN LATE after Grace Time. now I want to create a policy Like: If any employee Punch LATE IN for 3 days in a month, I want to deduct ONE DAY salary from his Pay Stub Account in an automatic manner.
