Holidays and overtime.

I've seen this spoken about briefly, but wanted to make sure of it before I submitted a feature request (or started hacking the code myself).
July 4th came and went. Everyone got paid holiday even though we were closed (which is the way it should be). However, we count holidays as time worked so that overtime for that week would be anything over 40 hours INCLUDING the holiday.
Am I correct in understanding that TimeTrex will NOT ever, under any circumstances, count holidays as time actually worked so that even if there was a holiday a person must work over 40 hours to get overtime?
Thanks,
Brian
