What kind of claim are you talking about exactly? How would this be calculated normally?

For example, medical claim. It happen when the employee used his/her money to pay his medical expense then the company have to reimburse the same amount to him. no calculation occur

Create a Medical Reimbursements pay stub account, then add a Pay Stub Amendment for the employee using that account.

As in phone number or employee number?

not the telephone number. It is the employee number in the company i.e, EPAS010
