Is there a way to treat shifts that work between a certain period as time and a half?

For example, I want to define as a policy

- Any shift that begins after 6 PM to 11:59 PM on New Years Eve will be considered 1.5x their rate.
- Any shift that begins after 12 AM but before 6 AM on New Years Day will be considered time and a half.
