Expanding Payroll Export Functionality

TimeTrex does not currently include accrual balances in the payroll export, only time categories (ie: absence time) that may affect accrual balances. Is it possible to add this functionality or create a separate export facility that could send this information?

We're leaning towards using the on-demand professional version of the software when we go live in April of this year and this feature would be extremely desired.

Reports -> Accrual Balances can be exported to a .CSV file if you wish.

Hi,

While the ability to export accrual balances is exactly what we need, the format isn't. Would it be difficult/possible to have it formatted like the millenium payroll export so that we could map to specific codes and each balance becomes a separate row for an employee?

Anything is possible, its just a matter of time and cost for custom development, and this would require custom development to have TimeTrex do it for you. You would need to email sales@timetrex.com describing your exact requirements for a custom development quote.
