Is there a way to have this report/export have only totals by Quickbooks or similar accounts without any (or optional) breakdown by employee? Otherwise is there a report which would show totalized what we have to enter into our accounting system by account to ensure we do not make math mistakes adding all accounts for all employees by hand.

Set the Group By option to something like Default Branch is it will create a single journal entry for each branch rather than each employee.
