We recently started to have a problem with TimeTrex where a box pops up and says " You have new mail, would you like to read it now?" For all users. We do use the mail feature but nobody has any messages when they click OK. Any idea how to reset this?

Its likely a caching issue. Perhaps you don't have the proper permissions setup in your operating system which is preventing TimeTrex from being able to overwrite the cache files with newer information. If you clear all the files/directories from the TimeTrex cache folder, does it fix the problem? If so, the above is likely the issue.
It is also possible that it is a browser cache issue, clearing the cache in your web browser may help too.
