I would not want the user to change his Bank Information.
How do I hide this?

Admin -> Company -> Default Employee Permissions

Select the "Employee" permission group fro the drop down box near the top.

In the "Employees" Section, you'll see the "Edit Banking Information" permission setting, set this to DENY.
