After the license page, Requirements.php is blank.

Hi iomari,

A few other people have ran in to this problem as well, but unfortunately we haven't gotten detailed enough bug reports to figure out what was going on. Can you please check your PHP error log and send us any errors that occur when you try to go to the requirements page? I'm guessing a fatal error is occuring somehow causing PHP to exit, so if we can find out exactly what error it is, we should be able to fix it pretty quick.

They can be almost anywhere, but most likely in your WAMP/PHP directory, it should be called "error.log". You could also search your HD for "error.log" as a last resort.

That looks like the TimeTrex log file, not the PHP error log file.

I wouldn't worry about what time of day it is too much, if you go to our website and the online chat icon in the upper right is green, give it a try. We should be able to help you that way. We're releasing v1.3.0 early next week and if this is a easy fix we would like to get it in.

On the database settings page in the installer, did you try pressing the "Test Connection" button? Does it return success or failure?

How did you add the TimeTrex user to MySQL and what grant permissions did you give it?

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to help much. It appears the error log is being overrun by mail function errors, so lets get rid of those first, maybe it'll remove some confusion from the picture.

In your php.ini file set:

On Windows:
sendmail_from = me@example.com

or

On Linux:
sendmail_path = "/usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i -f me@example"

Then restart your web server and try it again.

This error is strange:

But it seems like an Apache error, not a PHP error, so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the problem.

Please ensure you have PEAR installed on your system. Support spoke with a fellow this afternoon who was getting a blank requirements page and the reason was he didn't have PEAR installed.

In your PHP directory there should be a file called:

go-pear.bat

That should install PEAR for you on Windows.
