just a question about interop with a phone system

currently my company uses your software for shift management and time keeping, and IT ROCKS. keep up the amazing work.

i have been asked to findout how hard it would be to integrate with our phone system login so that when agents log into they're phone they are punched in. (perferably) i am curious as to if there are any API models for this already and if its even possible befor i start going any further on this.

any feedback would be much appreciated.

Yes, this is definitely possible from the TimeTrex end, but it really depends on what type of phone system you are using?
