How can I configure a CONSTANT overtime pay?

How can I configure a CONSTANT overtime pay? Is there a way to put a constant overtime pay per hour without changing the source code?

For now you will need to use the Premium Policies instead of Overtime Policies if you want a constant wage instead of a percentage.
