How can the employee punch in and select secondary wage group of Training/minimum wage versus the Regular Wage Rate?
I have set up the secondary wage groups along with the Premium Policies and the 2 different wages on the employee record.

Employees don't select wage groups directly, they select a branch/department (and in the Professional Edition they can also select Job/Task too). A "Shift Differential" Premium Policy then can be triggered based what branch,department,job,task the employee selects, which in turn can utilize the wage groups to pay different rates.
