I have two employees for whom I can edit contact information. I have gotten into the editor screen for my own information (new phone, email address, etc..) and it would let me edit the information but not save it. Now, I don't even have the option of editing my own contact information which needs to be updated.

I have my name highlighted in the list of the three accounts I have access to. The editor button isn't available for me to click on in order to edit my information. If I click on one of the other names below mine in the list, the editor button becomes available...

Your permissions are set up in such a way that you do not have access to edit employee records.

I can edit the information for the other two employees though...

You may not have permissions to edit your own information but still be able to edit an employee's.
