stuck in setting up permission when installing timetrex v7

I try to upgrade timetrex in windows server 2003. while process installation running, the process stuck in "setting up permission".
how can I resolve this problem?

Have you tried rebooting then attempt the upgrade again?

yes I have reboot but it same, stuck in setting up permission

might be the permissions or windows ACL's for that directory getting in the way, either locally or on the domain. Set all permissions and see if it installs okay after.

You can try running the TimeTrex install as the Administrator user as well.
