Creating a paid break and a unpaid meal.

In New York State law, employers are required to give a paid break if a shift last more than four hours of fifteen minutes. employers are also required to issue a paid break of 30 minutes if a shift is longer than six hours.

I currently set up two policies according to this but I'm noticing that the employee is not being marked as paid for that time. where/what setting do I change to reflect this?

Edit the Break Policy and make sure that the Type drop-down box is set to Auto-Add.
