How best can Dynamic - Interval and Pivot Day be used?
Pivot Day Direction??

Dynamic Pivot Day is used when holidays are described as:
The Monday before November 24th
or
The Tuesday after November 24th
Week Interval is used when holidays are described as:
The 3rd Thursday in September
