Hello all,
My name is Sam and I am having issues with TimeTrex standard. Please excuse me, since am fairly new to timetrex.
The TimeTrex system runs on a server 2008 r2, but after installing Trend Micro agent it has been stopping the disconnecting the web login. However, all services for the timetrex and sql are still running and I get no error. When I stop both services and start them after a minute it continues to work, but stops again after couple of minutes. When I stop Trend Micro agent/services, then restart timetrex after I stop the T.M. agent it stays up. I have excluded the entire drive where timetrex software and data are installed from scans.
Is there an issue between Trend Micro and Timetrex? Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Sam

I would try disabling the Trend Micro and leave it off for a day or so and then see if TimeTrex stays up. If it does, then you know that you have an issue with the Trend Micro software.
