TimeTrex Service stopping itself (Version: 3.2.0, Community)

I've been running into an issue with a new 2-3 week installation of TimeTrex. We are still using version 3.2.0 Community Edition at my work. (Basically, coworkers prefer the old interface)
Randomly (As it seems to me) Timetrex will stop it's service during the day. It usually involves me needing to remotely log in, and run start.bat as an administrator to get it going again. As you can imagine that becomes troublesome during works hours if people need to access TimeTrex. It's especially frustrating for the accountant here.

Has anyone ran into this issue before? If so, can you lead me in the right direction to come to fix it?

TimeTrex v3.x hasn't been supported for many years, it is highly recommended that you upgrade and see if the problem resolves itself.
