Not able to login on a specific system

Hi,
I am using timetrex for my small setup. We have around 12-15 employees.
Recently i made 3 new login for new recruits, but unfortunately they are not able to login to timetrex, it says please check your username and password...later on i discovered that we were able to login with those usernames on other systems, but not on the systems that were identified for the new recruits. Similary we were not able to login using any other active username on those systems.
