TimeTrex Time and Attendance

Good morning:

I need help with the update. I have this info in my screen:

(WARNING: This TimeTrex version (v5.0.3) is severely out of date and may no longer be supported. Please upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible as invalid calculations may already be occurring.)

But I don't know How to update the system. The problem is the computer that we always use is really old and I want to know if I can tranfer the program or the info to another computer.

I have another question, If I create a new account I can export the information in the other timetrex that I was using.
