For instance user comes in for a normal work day
1) Do a normal punch in
2) Do a normal punch out
3) Do a Break punch in
4) Do a Break punch out
5)Do a normal Punch in
6) Do a normal Punch out
7)Do a lunch punch in
Do a lunch punch out
etc?

User Punch in and punch out
@kplunkert:
I could be wrong, but I think the sequence you describe would be:
Punch in for the Day
Punch out for Break
Punch in from Break
Punch out for Lunch
Punch in from Lunch
etc.
Think of it like a physical time clock (if you've ever used one) and it makes a lot more sense.
HTH,

PS: This presumes that your workers punch in and out for break.

User Punch in and punch out
Is it possible to add the User Punch in and punch outs for breaks and lunches to the TimeSheet Detail Report?
