Custom Fields

I can't seem to have a custom field appear in any of the employees timesheets. Also, any way this same custom field only appear in an "OUT" punch? I have custom field set to TYPE=PUNCH then OTHER ID1=Mileage
I can see it when I pull up my timecard, but it's not showing up on others. I looked through the permission groups and can't find anything that I can select that would make it show up.
I'm on Corporate 7.3.0.
