Multiple Pay Period Schedules, Change 1 employee

Good morning (afternoon or evening)

So, I am now presented with an issue. Let me be as clear as possible.

We have 3 Pay Period Schedules:

-Weekly (Hourly wages)
-Semi-Monthly (Fixed Salary)
-Monthly (Fixed Salary)

So, one of my employees has been promoted, and won't be paid weekly anymore, but Semi-Monthly (Bi-Weekly)

Here's the thing, when a weekly pay period ends, the pay period schedule is 2 weeks after. So, as an example, week from Saturday 06/21/2014 to Friday 06/27/2014 is paid on Friday 07/11/2014.

Now, this employee will change from a Weekly hourly wage to a Semi-Monthly fixed salary starting Tuesday 07/01/2014, and his first Pay period schedule would be Tuesday 07/15/2014.

I can't have him added to the Semi-Monthly Pay Period Schedule as long as he is in the weekly pay period schedule.

The pay periods of Tuesday 07/15/2014 and Friday 07/18/2014 (which will cover his last days as hourly from Saturday 06/28/2014 to Monday 06/30/2014) are overlapping.

I have no idea how to go around this.

All and any help or ideas with this will be extremely appreciated.

The reason this has never happened before is that whomever came in as weekly has stayed as weekly, same for Semi-Monthly and Monthly.

I would just do an adjustment to fix the wage issues
