Absence Policy in Schedule Summary Report

Post by outreachadmin »

We're trying to pull Schedule Summary Reports with Absence Policy details.
Example, we've got a single day where there are a mix of unpaid & paid absences and we'd like to pull a report differentiating between them.

We're trying to pull 1 day, Full Name, Date, Absence Policy, Start, End Times...
Filtered by Absent Schedule Status, No Grouping, sorted by Full Name.

The Absence Policy field comes up all ZEROs...??? (And zero is not the absency_policy ID from the absence_policy table either... If it was the absency_policy table ID, we'd see 4.)

The attachments show how we're pulling the report along with the results.

This issue is resolved in the next version of TimeTrex, which should be released within 48hrs.

Where is the equivalent report to "absence Time by Employee" report in version 16. I have tried playing with Timesheet Summary and Detail reports, but not getting what is needed.

We do not use schedules and when run "Absence Time by Employee" in Schedule Summary we get no data even though employees have absence codes in their TimeSheets.

Thanks in advance.

The schedule Summary report only shows schedule related data. You would need to use the TimeSheet Summary/Detail report showing the absence columns you want to see instead.
