I deleted my accural accounts, but it is still showing the Accrual Time Balances on the paystubs.
Is there a way to clear the Accrual Time Balances so it does not print on the paystubs after I delete the accural account?

This issue should be resolved for you now. In the future to expedite a response to your question please mention that you are using the Cloud Hosted Community Edition.
