Decimal Option

Is there a way to get a decimal format on the printable timesheet?
Such as if i worked 30 minutes the decimal would be 0.5

The employee that generates the Report can change their Time Units by clicking MyAccount -> Preferences, making the change to Hours 2.25 and then clicking the Save icon to save the change.

Do we have to change every single employee's or can we just change it on the Admin?

The Time Units Preference will need to be changed for each employee that will be generating the printable timesheet. You can change the Time Units for multiple employees all at once by clicking Employee -> Preferences, holding the CTRL/SHIFT keys down while clicking on the employees in the list that appears so that their names are highlighted in blue and then clicking the Mass Edit icon. When the inset page appears click the Time Units drop-down box, select Hours 2.25 and then click the Save icon to save your change.
