adjustment

I am running community edition 7.4.4 tax engine version 1.0.27 and tax data version 20140901
just getting started...
We've been running timetrex along side our old software for the last few weeks as we get everything setup.
Our old tax software has slightly different numbers (off by a few cents) I assume because timetrex uses calculations instead of tables.
So my question is:
Once we are using timetrex permanently: how do I go back and adjust those pay stubs to match the actual paid out pay stubs?
Is there a way to just adjust the stubs instead of making all new ytd adjustments?
