941 Form Reverts to semi-weekly filing status

On my quarterly 941 report I can change it to monthly filing status, but when I save it the form reverts back to semi-weekly status.

After you change the "Schedule Depositor" dropdown to "Semi-Weekly" do you click the "Save Setup" icon at the top right? (note that this is not the "Save" or "Save as New" icon.)

Yes. I change the setting, click save setup and the next time I open the form it's back to semi-weekly. I even tried clicking save setup, then saving as a new report but it was the same.

What version of TimeTrex are you using?
