Selected Fields are not showing up on timesheet report

I want to create a "Timesheet Summary" report and I chose the "All Time by Employee" template. I then added all the fields that I want to be displayed in the report, but those fields are not displayed. I only see the default fields firstname, lastname, total work time, and total regular time fields in the report. However, I do not see the other fields that I selected to be displayed in the report, whether a custom field or any of the other fields in the selection box. How do I make them appear in the report?
