How to find out where the employee is when she calls in?

Can TimeTrex be used for tracking caregivers to make sure they are actually at the location they are scheduled to be at? Does the touch tone method allow the employee's location to be recorded?

Touch-tone telephone methods are not able to record actual locations, but they can record the Caller ID (telephone number) when the employee punches. The only way to record actual location is to use a mobile phone with GPS capability. This is all functionality available in our Professional Edition of TimeTrex, please contact our sales department for more information.
