Help with Desktop Client

We are using the business ediiton, and I am trying to use the desktop client for pc punches; however I can't seem to login with most of the employee ids.

I have managed to get my id to login and create a pc punch (administrator), but any other employee just creates an error sound and asks for login again.

Is there specific permission groups that must be set? I have even tried chaning an employee's permission to administrator, but that did not work either.

If you are using the Business Edition please email support@timetrex.com. You will get a response much faster then on the forums.

Chances are the issue is with the stations, you haven't allowed all the employees to punch in/out from the PC station that you are using.
