Ho do i Import Punch In employee information

Hi,
I am new the TimeTrex Community Forum.
I need some advice on the following.
Is there a Product Manual of Import Manual that can show me the steps on how to import Punch In information from each employee?
I am trying to import time in and time out but i do not now the steps for importing the information
Hope any one can help

Product Edition: Community
Version: 9.0.5
