New Employee add

I have added a new profile for an employee and she is unable to log in. I set the password and for some reason it does not accept it when she logs in, I tried setting up a new profile but had the same issue. What am I doing wrong?

What URL and username (please do not post the password here) is the employee using to try to login?

The URL and username are correct, its likely that the employee is entering the wrong password (make sure caps lock is not on). Perhaps assign an email address to her employee record and have her use the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the login screen.
