TimeTrex Time and Attendance

To anyone,

I am using the cloud hosted version of timetrex and trying to have the admin sign in to place me as admin (which I don't know how it happened), however she doesn't remember her password and her email address is not accepted it says no one has that email addresss. What is the easiest way to solve this.
