Supervisor Authorization / Verification of Timesheet

How do I set user Test Supervisor to approve the time sheet to Test User?

Test User is set to subordinate on Test Supervisor. The Time Sheet does not appear in the Test Supervisor in Pending Request.

What am I doing wrong here?

The employee must first verify their timesheet, then it will appear on their supervisors Admin -> Authorization page assuming they have permissions to authorize timesheets and that the hierarchy is setup correctly with the timesheet object assigned to it.

I don't want the user to verify their timesheet , just the supervisor.

Do you have an example of how it should be set up correctly?

Unfortunately TimeTrex doesn't support that functionality yet. Currently the employee must verify their timesheet first before a supervisor can authorize it.

How does an employee verify a timesheet?

What if they are on vacation or sick when the pay period ends?

The employee can click the "Verify" button on their TimeSheet, however this button will only appear after the end of a pay period and before the transaction date.

The TimeTrex verify functionality currently is designed primarily for employees to verify their own timesheets. If the employee is away, they can't verify the timesheet, so chances are it won't happen for that pay period.
