Error when trying to print timesheet

When attempting to print either a detailed or summary timesheet we are receiving a "Message" box error "ERROR: Operation cannot be completed." I have tried three different machines and three different browsers - IE 11, Chrome, and Firefox and received the error on all printing attempts. Timetrex version is 9.0.12, this is the first time we have tried to print since the last version upgrade, the worksheet printing was working previous to the last update.

Unfortunately that log doesn't contain any useful data.

Did you enable logging as per that FAQ, then replicate the problem again before attaching the log?

It would appear that your TimeTrex installation is corrupt as files are either missing or not properly formatted, try re-installing the latest version overtop of your existing TimeTrex directory (do not uninstall) and be sure to run the TimeTrex web installer.
