Accruals won't tally when more than one in policy group

This appears to be a bug, but please set me straight if it's my own ignorance.

When I set more than one accrual policy (hour based) in the policy groups, and I manually calculate the time sheets (the time is already entered for the period) only one of them is tallied properly; the rest will only tally the for the last day of the period.
