When our system comes back up (previous post) i'd like some interpretation on how to configure maintenance tasks. I can not make heads or tail of the following image!

Looks to me like you haven't set up your cron jobs. This will do various maintenence tasks on the server automatically.

Follow the instructions on the screen, and you should be good to go.

yeah, meant to update this post. I figured it out and got it working. Sorry for the bother.
