TimeTrex Time and Attendance

Hi, i want to know how the system gets the worked time of 07:59

They are allowed to have 1 hour unpaid lunch and (2) paid 15 minute breaks.

Schedule is 8am to 5pm. Employee logged in at 7:57am and logged out at exactly 5pm. How did the system got the 07:59 worked time?

7:57AM to 5:00PM = 9:03 (hh:mm)

Minus 00:41 for Lunch
Minus 00:23 for Break
-----------------------------------
Total of 01:04 Deducted

The result is 7:59 total worked time, so everything looks exactly as it should.

Another question that i have is how do i apply allowance to an employee?

For example John Smith's hourly rate is $10 an hour

I also want to setup an hourly allowance which is $1 an hour but this should be separated in Pay Stub Account.

Their lunch is not paid but their breaks are paid so I would like to add this to the total time not minus. How do i do this?

I mean not add it but only the lunch time are deducted to the total hours.

For example

Logged in at 8:00am
Break at 10am to 10:15
Took lunch - 12:00 to 1PM
Break at 3pm to 3:15
Logged out at 5:00PM

Total Hours: 9:00
Minus 1hour lunch = 8:00

(Currently its deducting the breaks also so the total time is 7:30. It should be 8 hours)
