Error "Incorrect File type, Must be JPG or PNG image(a)"

I am getting Error "Incorrect File type, Must be JPG or PNG image(a)" while uploading logo image file. I tried uploading both JPG and PNG files, but error remain same and I am unable to upload logo. Please suggest solution for the same
