TimeTrex Time and Attendance

hi,

I keep getting a message in my log files saying Warning: file does not, exist skipping : /var/www/html/timetrex/maint/timeclocksync.php

timetrex 9.1.3

is this a mandatory file?
what could happen if I don't have this file?

what is the purpose of that file anyways? it has to have some purpose otherwise it wouldn't through the warning flag.
