open a closed payroll period

I have recently installed timetrex and when setting up the policies and payroll etc., I needed to change the wage for one employee the subsequent weeks following the initial payroll. I did go into wages and changed it but when I generate a paystub it still shows the original page. It also shows the original wage on the time sheet. How do I successfully change this?
